She will talk about Medical Mission Sisters (MMS) Austrian founder, Mother Anna Dengel, from the Austrian Tyrol, who first worked as a doctor in the 1920s in Rawalpindi &#8211; then India, now Pakistan &#8211; where custom and religious beliefs prevented women from being seen by men outside the immediate family and medical treatment could not be accepted from male doctors.
